Bix has honestly been a lifesaver in my marathon journey.
Living with low blood sugar makes long runs incredibly challenging, and Palatinose is the only supplement that truly keeps me stable, strong, and able to push through the distance.
Every long run feels like a battle — but with Bix, I can show up, trust my body, and keep moving forward. It’s fully approved by my doctor, and after seeing the impact it’s had on me, she’s now recommending it to her own patients.
Thank you, Bix, for supporting athletes like me when it matters most. And the cap? Absolutely love it — I’m definitely going to need more colours 🥰🏃♀️
I HAVE USED SO MANY BRANDS OF FUEL NUTRITION AND THIS HAS BEEN MY FAVOURITE BY FAR. INFACT, I HAVE NEVER GONE BACK. THE TASTE IS JUST RIGHT, NOT TOO SWEET OR TOO BLAND. THE NATURAL FLAVOURS MAKES ME FEEL SAFE AT THE SAME TIME. I'VE BEEN USING THIS SINCE THE LAST 3 YEARS NOW. GREAT PRODUCT.
Bix Performance fuel in lemon flavour is my favourite energetic drink for long days on trails. There are several things I love about it. first, the citric flavour, highly tolerable and well digestible. then, the feeling of being balanced during the training in terms of calories and electrolytes. finally, the texture of the powder, not too thin so that every grain falls directly into the flask without waste!
Thanks very much for the Bix. I did my first ultra at the age of 64 on one of the hottest days of the year. 33 degrees and some significant hills. Bix was a life saver. Regards Nick 🏃🏻♂️🥵👍
Got through my first ultra… what a challenge! Knowing I didn’t have to worry about my fuel with bix on my side gave me one less thing to worry about! Thanks 🙏
Easy to consume for long miles during ultras. Taste is not too sweet making it easy to consume for a long period of time. The balance of carbs, sodium, electrolytes has worked incredibly well for me whilst running in the extremely hot and humid temperatures of Thailand. I have struggled with consuming other fuel as it just causes bloating and discomfort and have found that I don't get enough sodium in based on the amount of sweat loss, however, Bix has worked wonders for me. I've struggled to get quality fuel in Thailand, and fortunately Bix ships here quickly and ordering is so simple.
Love the performance fuel, easy to drink, tastes great compared to some bigger brands, very effective. I'd definitely recommend , this has become my standard pre workout / run drink mix.
Love the performance fuel mix. So grateful I found this solution to help me achieve the double goals of carb loading and hydration. I don't have to stuff my stomach with lots of carbs before the training or a race. It's also convenient Bix has sachet available which is super convenient for traveling. Thank you Vlax who brings this excellent products in Hong Kong!
Great subtle salty flavour, not sweet or obnoxious at all. The kind of drink mix you could use all day. Great value and strong content. 2x big40 + 1x salty = 116g/hr. Perfect combo.
I’m so impressed with this sports nutrition product. The flavor is light and well-balanced, not too sweet and not overwhelming at all. It’s refreshing and easy to drink, which makes a huge difference during workouts. Highly recommend!
