My first experience of Bix and I tried at the Sydney marathon, I loved the electrolyte and loaded them pre race. I used the gels on race was easy to take them in, though the 5th one around 35K was a bit hard to get thru. The other big advantage is I did not carry additional salt tablets. More orders coming 👍

After struggling with illness whenever I tried to increase my training intensity, I started to use Bix after my runs. Combined with other nutritional changes, I'm staying well while getting my speed and distance up. Recommended.
New to Australia and I’ve been looking for an energy drink to supplement my long rides and runs. Tried a few products and unimpressed, a mate recommended bix and it absolutely nails it. The electorates are a great taste and I use raspberry and caffeine fuel mix for the longer stuff, perfect amount of calories per serving and very easy on your gut, important! keen to try the gels with my next order. It’s perfect for indoor long ride. Never had stomach problems with Bix even after taking 11 packs of them. the salted strawberry could do a little saltier in taste tho.
As you can now see, I’ve gotten on top of my electrolyte issue after switching to BIX. But, I may have to think about nutrition next.
