BTU 2020 - 100 mile race delayed & held in summer due TO COVID. TOUGHEST RACE I'VE EVER DONE! hydration WAS KEY!
bix active and recovery is all i need to keep up with the sai kung friends rescue dogs on their daily runs
New to Australia and I’ve been looking for an energy drink to supplement my long rides and runs. Tried a few products and unimpressed, a mate recommended bix and it absolutely nails it. The electorates are a great taste and I use raspberry and caffeine fuel mix for the longer stuff, perfect amount of calories per serving and very easy on your gut, important! keen to try the gels with my next order. Keep up the great product, thanks guys.
Never leave the house without my bix, love the taste which is a bonus, great customer service and fast shipping!

The best recobery ever!!!
I have used the Grapefruit before and gave passion Fruit a try. Bix is always with me in my sessions. I have a very sensitive stomach and Bix is just perfect for me. Thank you!
Love the flavour! An absolute saviour on my holiday in Bali as pictured here.
I live and work in the tropics. Working in Pilot vessel engine rooms next to hot engines during the day takes it out of you. So during the week before my 10km training runs I drink a Bix Active electrolyte after sweating heavily during the day.. The bix electrolytes have a refreshing taste and is easy to drink quickly before the run. no stomach issues whatsoever. I hit the tap and do my stretches as soon as the run is over. I then have a bix Daily recovery. The next morning I feel great. no old man feelings. So on the weekend I am good for a fun run with mates or maximum effort race. I have a confident feeling going into a race.
Couldn’t make it without bix on vaca.
I love the taste BIx Lemon Electrolyte.
I’ve been using Bix Active Electrolytes for a while now, and they’ve become my go-to in my routine—especially on days where I need extra support for hydration without any added sugar or junk. The tablets dissolve easily and taste great. I recently bought the newer flavour passionfruit to try and with ice it’s my new favourite refreshing drink! I enjoy all the flavours they are not overly sweet or artificial tasting. You get a good amount of sodium, magnesium, potassium, and calcium without anything unnecessary. I have health issues (including dysautonomia and long COVID), so I’m careful with what I use, and Bix has been gentle on my stomach. If you’re looking for a hydration solution that’s effective, and tastes good, I definitely recommend trying Bix!
I have always enjoyed BIX. The flavour and more importantly it works to keep me hydrated during my runs. Most recently at rottnest marathon
TAste - 100% Convenient and Reliable! Recommend for everyone and keep hydrate yourself!
Bix is part of my routine now. From early morning runs to boxing or a long day on the cricket field. After trying a lot of the flavours grape is my favourite!
best electrolyte available in the market. no longer drink plain water now. thirst felt quenched by having bix electrolyte rather drinking litres of water. highly recommended.
Love the active hydration tablets, tastes great and is effective
Bix active is my go to for electrolytes, it’s the best flavours I’ve found, I especially find the grapefruit flavour with ice very refreshing, but equally love the grape and cherry flavours, I haven’t tried the newer flavours yet.
Great
BIX Active is great for keeping me hydrated during my weekly dog runs at sai kung stray friends foundation (SKSFF) with all the rescue dogs. Keep up the great work team bix
Bix are the best electrolytes, great flavours without being too sweet. It was nice to try some different options. Orange / mango are a big hit but grape is still the GOAT.
Great product and value
BIX Active has become an essential part of both my run training and my JetSprint racing hydration needs. It tastes great and works well
Great taste, great fizz and great for the body during and after exercising. We love Bix for running the trails , hitting the gym, on the bike and maybe after an extra special festive season!
I drink Bix Hydration every day. The Recovery Supplement is great after a hard workout and gives me the nutrients I need to keep me charging on. Mixed Berry is my favorite flavor. When ever I am running for Miles for Moms or hiking to the top of a mountain, I drink Bix Active or afterward I have the Recovery. when I Ski, Skinning up a mountain Bix is in my hydration blatter. Thank you Bix for a wonderful product.
BIX Active Electrolytes keep me fully fuelled on my daily dog runs, loving the new Natural Pomegranate flavour with caffeine. Keep up the great work TEAM BIX.
I've been taking BIX for 2 years now and it has definitely helped me with my recovery and hydration.
Flavours are very easy to keep consuming hour after hour after hour. Have coincided with a protracted period of injury free running
Absolutely wonderful tablets that need to be an essential part of every (trail) runner's gear. The tablets are super tasty and dissolve very easily in your water bottles. They have definitely added energy to my workouts and races!
A reward in shape and form of bix hydration tablet is why I keep running. =) My recovery time has improved an with the right supplements and hydration, I am able to run 5-6 a weeks without feeling like a train ran over me after each harder run.
I LOVE Bix 100% recommend using it, delicious flavours and perfect for fueling pre run and/or refueling post run.
