New to Australia and I’ve been looking for an energy drink to supplement my long rides and runs. Tried a few products and unimpressed, a mate recommended bix and it absolutely nails it. I live and work in the tropics. Working in Pilot vessel engine rooms next to hot engines during the day takes it out of you. So during the week before my 10km training runs I drink a Bix Active electrolyte after sweating heavily during the day.. The bix electrolytes have a refreshing taste and is easy to drink quickly before the run. no stomach issues whatsoever. I hit the tap and do my stretches as soon as the run is over. I then have a bix Daily recovery. The next morning I feel great. no old man feelings. So on the weekend I am good for a fun run with mates or maximum effort race. I have a confident feeling going into a race.
I’ve been using Bix Active Electrolytes for a while now, and they’ve become my go-to in my routine—especially on days where I need extra support for hydration without any added sugar or junk. The tablets dissolve easily and taste great. I recently bought the newer flavour passionfruit to try and with ice it’s my new favourite refreshing drink! I enjoy all the flavours they are not overly sweet or artificial tasting.
You get a good amount of sodium, magnesium, potassium, and calcium without anything unnecessary. I have health issues (including dysautonomia and long COVID), so I’m careful with what I use, and Bix has been gentle on my stomach.

best electrolyte available in the market. no longer drink plain water now. thirst felt quenched by having bix electrolyte rather drinking litres of water. highly recommended.
Bix active is my go to for electrolytes, it’s the best flavours I’ve found, I especially find the grapefruit flavour with ice very refreshing, but equally love the grape and cherry flavours, I haven’t tried the newer flavours yet.

Bix are the best electrolytes, great flavours without being too sweet. It was nice to try some different options. Orange / mango are a big hit but grape is still the GOAT.
Great taste, great fizz and great for the body during and after exercising. We love Bix for running the trails , hitting the gym, on the bike and maybe after an extra special festive season!
I drink Bix Hydration every day. The Recovery Supplement is great after a hard workout and gives me the nutrients I need to keep me charging on. Mixed Berry is my favorite flavor. When ever I am running for Miles for Moms or hiking to the top of a mountain, I drink Bix Active or afterward I have the Recovery. when I Ski, Skinning up a mountain Bix is in my hydration blatter. Absolutely wonderful tablets that need to be an essential part of every (trail) runner's gear. The tablets are super tasty and dissolve very easily in your water bottles. They have definitely added energy to my workouts and races!
