Love my trail Running through the rainforests of tropical North Queensland. I would like to do it everyday. Morning and afternoon. It makes it harder to get my runs in with a busy day job of up 14 hours a day at times in the heat. A bugger really. At 66 I am meant to take a bit longer to recover. So my runs are about 10km every second day I rely on Bix recovery to keep me rebuild for my next run or race.
While training for ultramarathons, Bix has become a key part of my recovery routine—whether after short runs or long ones. It’s an excellent product that I highly recommend!

I drink Bix Hydration every day. The Recovery Supplement is great after a hard workout and gives me the nutrients I need to keep me charging on. Mixed Berry is my favorite flavor. When ever I am running for Miles for Moms or hiking to the top of a mountain, I drink Bix Active or afterward I have the Recovery. when I Ski, Skinning up a mountain Bix is in my hydration blatter. Hello everyone, I am 39 years of age novice to running. So, I believe that my story is very similar to all newbies. I was running almost 4 times per week, and it felt damn good. I felt stronger and happier and in the mood. No long after about 4 months, it's all started. The aches and the dull pain that follow you all day and make you insane despite the stretching and the hot baths, saunas, this annoying dull pain was there. Of course, I wanted to keep going to run to improve to break all the goals with fun. I have tried to convince myself that I'm still in my 20', doing meditation, affirmation download all sort of application, just avoiding this bloody pain. It was Sunday when I entered a sports store. I was looking for pair of shoes that will solve the problem from the core. Then the salesman has told me that I was like a bull in a china store. "It's very stupid", and recovery time is going to be the aid. Then he suggested that I should try the BIX. I must gave it a go, is not that I had much choice, and no long after, I was back with full force.

What can I say, referring recovery I tried a lot of stuff but this one works very well. After a hard workout I took 1 tablet as mentioned in 200ml water. Let me say it tastes great, not sure which flavour is my favourite ☺️. The next day i felt great and also my performance during my next workout was good. My legs were strong like I didn't do anything the day before. I'm happy that I found that awesome product.
I have used a few different hydration products both powders and tablets. Most of the others I have had to use extra to get rehydrated but with bix I only had to use the recommended amount. Vlad and the team are very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend
I like not only the fresh natural taste but especially the idea of an one-in-all-supplement. Usually you get either vitamins or minerals or amino acids, but BIX includes all of these in 1 tablet so I can be sure to cover the needs after running easy, fast and tasty.
