Bix Recovery supplement is designed to hydrate and help with recovery during and after workouts as well as during busy working days and travel. The electrolytes used in Bix Recovery (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc) improve the absorption of water, keeping you hydrated for longer.

30-60 min workout: 1 tablet within 15 min post-workout

60+ min workout: 1-2 tablets during the workout and 2-3 tablets after the workout

We recommend not to take more than 5 tablets a day.

Bix Recovery shelf life is 24 months after production. You can find the expiry date on the bottom of the tube.
