We’re excited to show our appreciation through our exclusive rewards program! By creating an account, you’ll earn loyalty points for each order you make! These loyalty points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. The more points you collect, the more you save!

Since Bix is a global website, all points and rewards are calculated in USD. If you shop in another currency, the system will automatically convert the amounts using the latest exchange rate, so you always get the correct points and discounts in your local currency.

After making a Bix account, you will need to come back to the loyalty program widget and hit the \"Enrol\" button. Make sure you are enrolled so you don't miss out on great discounts!

All loyalty points are applied automatically through our system, so unfortunately we’re unable to manually add credit for previous orders or orders placed without signing in.

Unfortunately discount codes can’t be partially used. Once a code is applied to an order, it’s marked as used, even if the full value isn’t redeemed, so any remaining balance won’t carry over. We recommend using the total value of the discount.

"},{"title":"Can I use my loyalty discount code with other discounts?","content":"

Loyalty discounts can’t be combined with other promotions or discount codes. This helps us make sure you get the best value from each offer.
