This premium mix combines a precise blend of carbohydrates and essential electrolytes, expertly formulated to rapidly dissolve in water. For long training sessions: mix 1 scoop (27g) in 500ml of water and consume every hour
For racing: mix 1.5-2 scoops in 500ml of water and consume every hour
For carb loading before a race or a key workout: mix 3-4 scoops in 1.5L of water and slowly sip on it during the day aiming for a sip every 10-15min during the day

Bix Performance fuel in lemon flavour is my favourite energetic drink for long days on trails. There are several things I love about it. first, the citric flavour, highly tolerable and well digestible. then, the feeling of being balanced during the training in terms of calories and electrolytes. finally, the texture of the powder, not too thin so that every grain falls directly into the flask without waste!

Easy to consume for long miles during ultras. Taste is not too sweet making it easy to consume for a long period of time. The balance of carbs, sodium, electrolytes has worked incredibly well for me whilst running in the extremely hot and humid temperatures of Thailand. I have struggled with consuming other fuel as it just causes bloating and discomfort and have found that I don't get enough sodium in based on the amount of sweat loss, however, Bix has worked wonders for me. I've struggled to get quality fuel in Thailand, and fortunately Bix ships here quickly and ordering is so simple.
Love the performance fuel, easy to drink, tastes great compared to some bigger brands, very effective. I'd definitely recommend , this has become my standard pre workout / run drink mix.

Great subtle salty flavour, not sweet or obnoxious at all. The kind of drink mix you could use all day. Great value and strong content. 2x big40 + 1x salty = 116g/hr. Perfect combo.
I’m so impressed with this sports nutrition product. The flavor is light and well-balanced, not too sweet and not overwhelming at all. It’s refreshing and easy to drink, which makes a huge difference during workouts. Highly recommend!
